  • Strategic Business Unit

Strategic advisory is our consulting brand. These talents are  strategic engineers skilled in client engagement, customizing advisory activities that solutionize our client's needs, and helping clients set priority with insights to achieve annual performance and business targets as it pertains to developing key business drivers like grants, RFPs, contracts, bids and or special initiatives. 

  • Data Design & Management Team

Data insights are central to strategy. This team is a group of data engineers, data scientist and analyst who organize, store, and maintains the data collected by NBL. This unit helps NBL and our clients understand data, data management/governance, data-insights, what it means to capture the right data, and how to use data to make informed decisions that drive greater organizational impact.

  • Research and Development (R&D)

This unit provides research to generate new knowledge that it might use to create new technology, innovation, products, services, or systems that the advisory team will either use and or sell to clients. This unit also support the Data Design and Management unit with the companies management of company KPI’s, metrics and client data outcomes while helping clients identify and build their own R&D practice. The R&D unit works across all client-facing teams to keep NBL competitive.

  • Communications & Special Initiatives

A dedicated marketing mix team of branding, brand activations, and social media specialists, content developers that develop promotions and communications strategy for the company, and proposal design for clients. This team designs creative activations and communications for the NBL brand, training symposiums, workshops, other company products, services, and strategic initiatives.
